NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEMBERS' MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the members of Belle Chasse Academy, Inc. that a

special meeting of the membership will be held on September 13,2010, at the

Belle Chasse Academy Library , of Belle Chasse Academy, 100 Fifth Street,

NAS/JRB New Orleans, in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, at 6:00 p.m. for the purposes

of:

(I) Electing successive Alternate ParentD irectors;and,

(2) Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Only members of record as of the close of business on Monday, August 9, 2010,

shall be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the meeting. This notice is given by

direction of the President and the Board of Directors of the corporation.
