Belle Chasse Academy PTO Volunteers Building BCA Brick By Brick
When family and community members volunteer, students benefit. Belle Chasse Academy fosters a family-friendly climate in which parents feel valued and welcomed. The BCA PTO strives to provide orientation, recognition and appreciation, as well as community-oriented volunteer opportunities for all parents and community members. The BCA PTO has planned a generous number of events for the 2009 -2010 school year. The hours our Volunteers contribute will ensure the enrichment of student life and provide invaluable assistance as we move our school from good to great. The following is a short list of these events. Committees will be formed for major events and as needed. Each Committee will consist of the Volunteers and the Chairperson(s). Your time is a valuable asset. The BCA and the PTO will track Volunteer hours and recognize that contribution with a gift in return. Milestones for volunteer hours have been established and valued rewards will be presented at the October, February and May PTO meetings. All interested Volunteers must complete the Volunteer Application on the BCA PTO website or submit the hardcopy form to the BCA front office. Volunteers should login and logout at the computer in the BCA front office for all work done at the school during school hours. The After-hours Volunteer Time Sheet should be submitted for Volunteer work done at home or after school hours. Ryan Standifer Volunteer Coordinator
