Base Access Process for Parents Without Military/DOD Credentials

Attention RETURNING Belle Chasse Academy Parents/Guardians,

If you have a military or DOD credential, please disregard this notice.

Beginning Monday, July 16, 2018 the Visitor Control Center will be issuing ID cards (DBIDS) for access to RETURNING Belle Chasse Academy parents/guardians.

**All NEW Belle Chasse Academy parents, who require base access, will be added to the list after all new enrollments have completed.

The credential for the 2018-19 school year will expire on June 30, 2019.

To start the process of obtaining a Base issued credential, the attached form and the original identifying documents (current passport; or a combination of a copy of your driver’s license and social security card or birth certificate) must be brought to the Visitor Control Center outside the Front Gate to the Base.  As you come into the Base, keep right and exit into the parking lot before you get to the gate.

Inform the Visitor Center personnel that you are a RETURNING BCA parent/guardian.

If you have any questions regarding this process, please do not call the BCA Office, rather you should call the Visitor Control Center (504-678-3461/3462).
